RIZOMA Kids is a full-fledged structured circus art program which children of all ages and any level of fitness can join. The school provides conditions for the education of 80 students.
In 2006 the studio had its first enrolment. About 100 children came to study, people were coming from Berdychiv and the neighboring villages. Zalevsky’s first coach, Valentyn Volodymyrovych Motsnyi, who once instilled a love for the circus in Anatoliy, became one of the school’s teachers.
Today the school is a powerful source of opportunities for the development of children in the local community, from general physical training and creative development to a direct path to the profession.
Students participate in competitions and tour the world starting from an early age. More than 50 numbers were staged in the studio and three full-length shows were created. Currently the students of the studio travel to Germany and Turkey with the circus performance «Avatar». Every year during winter holidays children present a new show for the townspeople on the stage of the residency.
In its 13 years of existence, several generations of artists graduated from the school. Most of them graduated from the Kyiv Academy of Circus And Variety Arts and are building successful careers in Ukraine and abroad. 20 graduates joined the RIZOMA Show troupe.
